Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 September 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FoundrProtocol, including its website, catalogue, protocols, questionnaires, digital services, outputs, deliverables and supporting features (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and other policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
4. The Service
FoundrProtocol provides a catalogue of structured analytical protocols and related digital services. Depending on the selected product, the Service may include intake forms, questionnaires, automated processing, coordinated analysis, digital outputs, downloadable deliverables and verification features. Product scope, price, expected delivery time and included features are those displayed at purchase. Deliverable Language: all analytical reports, deliverables and certified outputs are generated and issued in the English language only, regardless of the language chosen during platform navigation or submission. The Service supports information and strategic planning only and is subject to our Disclaimer.
5. Fees, Payment & Product Terms
Fees and product-specific terms are presented before purchase and payable in advance through our payment provider unless stated otherwise. Those displayed terms form part of your purchase. We may change future prices or offerings without affecting completed purchases. Refund terms appear in our Refund Policy.
6. User Content & Licence
You retain ownership of ideas, answers, documents and other material you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit and display User Content solely as needed to operate, secure, support and improve the Service for you. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis necessary to submit it.
7. Ownership of Outputs
As between you and us, and subject to applicable third-party rights, you own the order-specific outputs created from your User Content. FoundrProtocol retains all rights in its platform, methods, templates, scoring systems, structure, software and pre-existing materials. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.
8. Confidentiality / No NDA
We protect User Content as described in our Privacy Policy, but submitting material does not create a fiduciary relationship or a separate non-disclosure agreement. Do not submit material that you are prohibited from disclosing. Any additional confidentiality terms must be agreed by us in writing.
9. Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Service unlawfully, submit material without authority, access another user’s data, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, manipulate its processing, or use an output to mislead investors, regulators, customers or counterparties.
10. Sanctions & Export Control
You confirm that you are not the target of sanctions administered by the United Nations, UAE, United States, United Kingdom or European Union, and will not use the Service in breach of sanctions or export-control law.
11. Identity Verification
We may request identity, business or payment verification where reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, or process a transaction. We may restrict service while checks are pending or if verification fails.
12. Automated Outputs
Advanced AI systems and automated computational processes assist with research, synthesis and analysis within FoundrProtocol's proprietary analytical frameworks and deterministic methodologies. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or subject to timing limitations. Outputs do not constitute professional advice, and you remain solely responsible for decisions made using them.
Deliverable Language: all analytical reports, deliverables and certified outputs are generated and issued in the English language only, regardless of the language chosen during platform navigation or submission.
13. Verification Features — Scope & Limits
Where a product expressly includes a verification serial or public verification feature, it confirms only that the relevant order or deliverable was completed through the Service and records the information shown on the verification page. It does not endorse, certify or guarantee legality, accuracy, viability, investment merit, funding readiness or future performance. Third parties must conduct their own due diligence.
14. Referral Programme
Participation in any referral programme is governed by our Referral Programme Terms. We may modify, suspend or end a programme and revoke rewards for fraud or abuse.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on providers for functions such as payments, hosting, authentication, communications, automation and analytics. Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content outside our control.
16. Availability & Changes
Products or features may be introduced, renamed, changed, suspended or removed. Preview features may be withdrawn at any time. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, no uptime or service-level commitment applies.
17. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, designs, text, graphics, methods, templates and trademarks, belongs to FoundrProtocol or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
18. Abuse & IP Reports
Report abuse, security issues or alleged intellectual-property infringement to help@foundrprotocol.com with enough information for us to investigate. We may remove content or suspend accounts where appropriate.
19. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.
20. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDRPROTOCOL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
21. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoundrProtocol, its affiliates, officers and employees from claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from your User Content, misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
22. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirements, fraud prevention, security, or protection of users. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will continue.
23. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive agreements, notices and disclosures electronically. Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements that they be in writing.
24. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet or provider outages, natural events or pandemics.
25. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material legal changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, where required, communicated by additional means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Disputes arising from them shall be settled by the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal (SCT), with proceedings conducted in English.
27. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be waived.
28. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or asset sale.
29. Miscellaneous
These Terms and referenced documents are the entire agreement regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. There are no third-party beneficiaries.
30. Contact
